We can help breast cancer survivors

RESTORE WHAT ONCE WAS LOST

IN THE VIDEO: This breast cancer survivor knew something was wrong and opted to have her nipple removed even though 3 doctor’s insisted she was fine. Unfortunately, after the biopsy it was determined she was right all along and had aggressive breast cancer that wasn’t showing up on any tests!! It was incredibly emotional for her to see the results and left the 10 of us in the room deeply moved and emotional as well to be able to share this part of her journey with her.

What is the difference between microblading and digital microblading?2019-06-14T20:16:22+00:00

Permanent cosmetic techniques for eyebrows are now known by several names including but not limited to; microstroking, microblading, eyebrow embroidery, eyebrow feathering, and 3D eyebrows. Although the names differ, the results are the same; beautiful and natural looking tattooed hairstrokes. Both techniques can accommodate different needle configurations needed to implement custom tailored permanent cosmetics. Both techniques are ideal for filling in sparse areas of the natural eyebrow, either by powdering or hairstroke, where hair isn’t present as well as adding to already full brows. These procedures also help to define and enhance the brow shape. The best possible healed results from any procedure requires strict adherence to aftercare instructions.

Where are you located?2019-06-14T20:15:33+00:00

Do you have to be an esthetician or cosmetologist to be certified in permanent cosmetics?2019-06-14T20:12:55+00:00

No

What are the prerequisites to take this class?2019-06-14T20:12:13+00:00

Permanent Cosmetics falls under a unique categorization of body tattooing and therefore no further education is required as a prerequisite to be certified.

It is recommended you look into your state laws and regulations for business operation (i.e. required to work on a non-porous surface, quick access to running water, etc). We can discuss in class as well.

Obviously this profession is not suited for everyone.  Take into consideration if you have good hand/eye coordination or not. If there are physical limitations you are concerned about please feel free to talk to Hayley about those concerns.

Why do so many choose our Academy?
