If you have any questions or concerns, or if you are unsure if you are a good candidate for cosmetic tattooing, please contact us prior to booking. If you have any medical conditions, it is required that you bring proof of your physician’s consent. If you show up for an appointment and are unable to be tattooed for any reason outlined in our policies, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

  • Corrections and removals are considered on case by case basis and can be booked only by having a consultation.
  • We can not tattoo clients with Rosacea.
  • We are unable to tattoo over raised moles, abrasions, blemishes, eczema, or ANY irregularities of any sort in the procedure area.
  • We can not tattoo over hair transplants in the brow area or lash extensions.
  • You must be off of Accutane for 1 year.
  • You must bring a valid photo ID.
  • You may not get tattooed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • It is recommended that you have no sun/tanning bed exposure for 14 days before and after your procedure – preferably never! Sun exposure/damage can result in increased sensitivity, loss of pigment, premature fading of pigment or unwanted change of brow color.

  • Don’t panic – these can get darker for a few days before they get lighter.
  • Using a clean q-tip, apply a light layer of ointment 3 times a day for the next 5-7 days (less is more – do not over apply, just enough to keep them from scabbing.
  • Try to avoid water on them for 10 days
  • No cleansers, creams, makeup or any other products (including growth serums, Retinols or Retin-As, Alpha Hydroxyls [AHAs], Peroxides, Proactiv, Salicylic, Lactic or Glycolic Acids) on treated area for 10 days.
  • No saunas or long steamy showers
  • Do not rub, pick or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off – picking can cause scarring.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 3-­4 weeks after procedure.
  • Avoid heavy sweating for the first 1-2 days.
  • No facials, botox, chemical treatments, or microdermabrasion for four weeks.
  • No waxing, bleaching, tinting, hair removal or growth products on the treated area for 4 weeks.
  • Avoid sleeping on your face for the first 10 days.
  • Do not use Neosporin or Vaseline and DO NOT listen to your friends’ aftercare advice.
  • It is your responsibility to come in for your fine tuning appointment if you need it between 6-8 weeks. Waiting beyond that will result in a charge.
  • Not only is everyone’s skin different, but other factors including sun exposure and skin care products can change the results of the healing in the skin.
  • There are no written or implied guarantees if you don’t take care of your tattoo. If following sessions are required you will be charged.

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Your deposit will go toward your appointment price; please refer to our pricing list.
  • There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, and a 15 minute late policy. Please take traffic and parking time into consideration to avoid being late for your appointment. Be advised, being more than 15 minutes late, or giving less that 48 hours notice to reschedule, will result in your appointment and deposit being forfeited.
  • The studio accepts cash and all major debit and credit cards.
  • While it is not recommended, you may bring guests. However, they are not allowed in the treatment area, instead they are welcome to enjoy the small waiting area in the front of the studio.
  • Small children and/or animals are not allowed in the studio.

  • Please come in wearing NO facial makeup in the area to be worked on. You may fill in your brows, or eyeliner if you wish to show us how you like them to be styled or simply bring in the cosmetic item for color preference purposes. If you come in wearing other makeup, you will be asked to remove it to prevent contamination during your appointment.
  • You may shape your eyebrows prior to your appointment if you have a specific shape preference. If you are unsure, or wanting to change your existing shape, you may grow them out or stop grooming and they will be groomed during your appointment. If you wish to wax or thread them, please do so at least one week before your appointment.
  • Please do not use any growth or removal products on the procedure area for at least 30 days prior to appointment. Hair Growth/lengthening products can cause an unwanted change in tattoo color.
  • It is recommended that you have no sun/tanning bed exposure for 14 days before and after your procedure. Please keep in mind both of your appointments (initial and follow up) if you have a trip or vacation planned where you will be getting in contact with water or sun.
  • It is not recommended to exercise the day of or day after your appointment as this can push out the pigment prematurely. This includes any and all activities that produce sweat.
  • Please do not take blood thinners for 24 hours before your appointment. This includes aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil, alcohol, and caffeine, unless otherwise advised by a physician.
  • Do not tint or dye your brows for 5 days before your appointment.
  • You must bring current photo identification with you.
