SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
This SMS message program is a service of True Life Canvas. By providing your cell phone number, you agree to receive receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from True Life Canvas. Communications will be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial and/or a prerecorded voice by phone calls, text messages, voicemails, and emails advertising True Life Canvas’s services, products, promotions, appointments and account information. Message and data rates may apply. You expressly agree that True Life Canvas may deliver communications to you at the telephone number and email supplied during the account registration process even if your telephone numbers are on any Do Not Call (or similar) list so it will not be considered unauthorized by any local, state or federal law or regulation. You agree and understand that you are not required to opt into this program to purchase goods or services. You may opt out or unsubscribe at any time by providing notice to True Life Canvas.
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. True Life Canvas, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, the True Life Canvas website Terms of Use, True Life Canvas Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of True Life Canvas’s services.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from True Life Canvas text, reply “STOP” or email info@truelifecanvas.com to request removal from the text message program. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from True Life Canvas through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.

Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying True Life Canvas immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify True Life Canvas of a number change by emailing info@truelifecanvas.com. You agree to indemnify True Life Canvas in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify True Life Canvas if you change your telephone number.
Frequency of Messages
Message frequency may vary. True Life Canvas reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. The text messages that we provide are being delivered as a convenience to you for information or marketing purposes. Messages are recurring.

Modifications and Updates to Terms and Conditions
True Life Canvas may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued consent to receive True Life Canvas text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
Termination of Text Messaging
True Life Canvas may suspend or terminate your receipt of True Life Canvas text messages if True Life Canvas believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of True Life Canvas text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. True Life Canvas reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of True Life Canvas text messages, with or without notice.
No Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE MESSAGING PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless True Life Canvas, its directors, officers, employees, servants, agents, representatives, independent contractors and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, judgments or penalties of any kind or nature arising from or in relation to the these Messaging Terms or your receipt of text messages from True Life Canvas or its service providers.
