EmpowerRF is designed to safely and effectively treat delicate areas and improve functional health. Treatments are customized and tailored to meet your specific needs and conditions. With EmpowerRF there is no general anesthesia, large incisions, or the downtime that is associated with excisional interventions. Most clients find the treatments very comfortable and painless.
Your provider will discuss in detail with you the specifics of your customized plan and how it will meet your individual needs.
Your provider will recommend the ideal combination of sessions to be performed based on your personal condition. Treatment times and frequency will be specifically tailored to obtain optimal results.

Depending on the intensity of the treatment, there is little to no downtime. Most patients may have a slight discomfort during and immediately after the treatment. Some patients will experience no discomfort at all. You can expect to feel a heating sensation during the treatment and sometimes for several hours after.
The provider will determine the best treatment plan for you. A package of 3 treatments is popular; however, most notice a difference after only 1 treatment! The number of sessions depends on your treatment concerns, your personal goals, and if you plan on using combination treatments.
A topical numbing is applied for client comfort. Minimal downtime: typically, 1-3 days but sometimes the area might be red for up to a week.
Depending on your provider’s recommendation, you can expect to have between 1-3 sessions.
Depending on the intensity of the treatment but most patients find it very comfortable. The great thing about VTone is after the treatment you can continue about your daily activities as there’s no downtime.
The provider will determine the best treatment plan for you. A package of 6 treatments is popular; however, most notice a difference after only 1 treatment! The number of sessions depends on your treatment concerns, your personal goals, and if you plan on using combination treatments. With VTone we are strengthening a muscle to relieve of symptoms so maintenance treatments are done on an as needed basis.
VTone Pre Treatment Instructions:
- Hair should be shaved in the treatment area the day of the procedure, before your appointment. The hair should not be waxed or chemically removed.
- If medically permitted by your doctor, avoid anticoagulants such as aspirin throughout the treatment regimen.
- You must be done with Accutane for 6 months before beginning treatment.
- If you have a history of diseases stimulated by heat, such as recurrent Herpes Simplex in the treatment area, you will need an antiviral prescribed by your doctor, and it will need to be taken following your doctor’s regimen before your appointment.
- Before treatment, you should have an up-to-date normal PAP test.
- If you will be menstruating during your next scheduled appointment, please call us to reschedule for a later date.
- Please use the restroom to urinate immediately prior to your appointment. There is a restroom located on the same floor as our office, that is located across the hallway from Zi Spa. (When exiting the elevator on the third floor, turn right, go down the hallway, and after going around the corner the restroom will be on the right side.)
VTone Post Treatment Instructions:
- Please use the restroom to urinate immediately after your appointment.
- During the first 2 days following VTone treatment, any mechanical or thermal damage to the area must be avoided.
- You should avoid sexual intercourse or the use of mechanical vibrator within the treated area for 2 days after treatment.
- In case of vaginal discharge, a panty liner may be worn for the first day after treatment.
- Multiple treatments may be needed.

- Multiple treatments may be needed.

- Avoid NSAIDs (such as Ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve, Naproxen, etc) for a week prior and also for one week after your treatment.
- You must be done with Accutane for 6 months before beginning treatment.
- Before treatment, you should have an up-to-date normal PAP test.
- Please use the restroom to urinate immediately prior to your appointment. There is a restroom located on the same floor as our office, that is located across the hallway from Zi Spa. Morpheus8V Post Treatment Instructions:
- Please use the restroom to urinate immediately after your appointment.
- Tiny scabs may appear after 1-3 days and stay for several days following the treatment. The scabs should not be touched or scratched even if they itch and should be allowed to flake off naturally.
- Blisters may be treated with a prescribed antibiotic ointment or burn treatment cream as per physician’s discretion.
- During the first 2-7 days following Morpheus8V treatment, any mechanical or thermal damage to the area must be avoided.
- Keep taking your antiviral as directed by your physician.
- During the first two days following treatment, the treatment area should be kept clean to avoid contamination or infection.
- Avoid NSAIDs (such as Ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve, Naproxen, etc) for a week prior and also for one week after your treatment.
- Moisturizer may be applied 24-72 hours after each treatment and then should be applied regularly throughout the course of the treatment. Generally, 24 hours after treatment, you may use regular soaps, but not scrub soaps or exfoliates.
- In case of vaginal discharge, a panty liner may be worn for the first day after treatment.
- Multiple treatments may be needed.
